DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, elevate the arms forward to 90 degrees with thumbs pointing towards the ceiling.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the blades bend the elbow and bring it close to the trunk. Breathe in, straighten the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
