DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, arm elevated overhead on the same side with elbow straight and thumb facing away from you.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lower the arm diagonally to the opposite side hip, bending the elbow and rotating the arm such that thumb pointing towards the floor. Breathe in, elevate the arm back to starting position by straightening the elbow and rotating arm. Repeat.
