Position : Q-ped
Q-ped position such that wrists under the shoulders and knees under the hips.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate alternate hand and leg. Breathe in, back to starting position. Repeat alternately.
