DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart facing the chair, rotate one leg inwards such that toes are poiting towards other leg, place a finger on the arm rest of the chair for balance/support if needed, lift the other leg off the floor.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift the heel off the floor without bending the knees or moving the foot. Breathe in, lower the heel towards the floor. Repeat.
