DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand next to the chair with feet hip-width apart, hold the back rest of the chair for balance if needed.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the leg towards the other leg crossing the body with toes pointing forward. Breathe in, move the leg back to starting position. Repeat.
