Exercise - Standing Knee Hug


Correct form


Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by the side.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, hug one knee to chest using the assistance of the hands. Breathe in, lower it down. Repeat by alternating the legs.
