Exercise - Wall Push-up with 2 Pillows




Do not release the chin tuck or arch the back or lock the elbows

Position : Stand
Stand facing a wall, holding 2 pillows elevate the arms forward, rest the pillows and hands on the wall, lean on the wall.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, bend the elbows away from each other and try to reach the chest to the wall maintaining chin tuck. Breathe out, push the wall, straighten the elbows back to starting position. Repeat.
