Exercise - Bilateral Heel Raise with Eversion

DIRECTIONS

Position :
Stand facing the back rest of the chair with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward and place one finger on the back rest for the support/balance.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, move the foot such that toes are pointing away from each other. Breathe out, lift the heels off the floor. Breathe in, lower the heels on the floor. Repeat
