Exercise - Long Arc Quad




Do not arch the back or rotate the leg or lock the knee

Model: Lobo


Position : Supine
Lie on the back with legs straight forward, place a pillow or towel roll under the knee, toes pointing towards the ceiling.


Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, straighten the knee by pressing the knee on the pillow/towel roll. Breathe in, bend the knee back to starting position. Repeat.
