DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand next to the chair with feet hip width apart and toes pointing forwards, place one finger on the back rest of the chair for balance.

 

Form & Movement
Tie one end of the theraband above the ankle of the exercising leg and the other end to the chair or other leg. Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, keeping the knee straight and toes pointing forward, move the leg away from the body by pulling the band. Breathe in, move back to starting position. Repeat
