DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand facing a chair with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward, place one finger on the backrest of the chair for balance, tie one end of the theraband above the ankle of the exercising leg and other end to the foot of the chair in front.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the buttock move the leg backward pulling the band. Breathe in, move the leg back to the starting position. Repeat.
