Exercise - Theraband Inversion with Knee Flexed




Do not lock the knee or rotate the hip or lift the lower leg off the floor

Model: Lobo


Position : Long Sitting
Sit with legs straight forward, place a pillow/towel roll under the knee, toes pointing towards the ceiling, move the foot away from the body, tie one end of the theraband to the foot, hold the other end with the hand.


Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, core set and blades set. Breathe out, move the ankle towards the body against the resistance of theraband. Breathe in, move the foot back to starting positon. Repeat.
