DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward, arms by the side and tie one end of the resistance tube on the ankle and the other end on the stable surface behind the leg.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, keeping the knee straight, kick in front. Breathe in, leg back to starting position. Repeat.
