DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand facing a chair with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward, place one finger on the backrest of the chair for balance/support when required.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, squeezing the buttock move the leg backward. Breathe in, move the leg forward to the starting position. Repeat.
